·         Smooth operation and maintenance of wet fire system.

·         Smooth operation and maintenance of STP.

·         Smooth operation and maintenance of hot water system.

·         Plumbing Repair and maintenance of guest rooms, external areas and service floor

·         Maintain day to day water parameters/ consumption records for soft water, raw water/ domestic water/ STP water/ pool water etc.

·         Smooth operation and maintenance of swimming pool.

·         Maintaining of water level in all water tanks (overhead & underground tanks)

·         Cleaning of drains grease traps etc.

·         Save energy/ water where you can.

·         Carry out all Pending, PPM, and KEN-FIX-IT maintenance during the shift.

·         Apart from above, attend and rectify all complaints with in minimum time for guest satisfaction.
